§1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all treatment contracts between:

and the patients as well as self-paying clients.
They apply to all physiotherapy services, consultations, voucher services, and appointment bookings.
§2 Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the physiotherapeutic treatment of the patient in accordance with a medical prescription or within the framework of a private agreement.
Treatment is carried out based on the professional assessment of the treating therapist.
A specific treatment outcome cannot be guaranteed.
§3 Appointments and Cancellations
Agreed appointments are binding.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
If an appointment is not canceled in due time, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with § 615 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
This also applies in the event of non-attendance without cancellation.
§4 Remuneration and Payment Terms
Statutory Health Insurance Patients
Billing is carried out in accordance with the valid agreements with statutory health insurance providers.
Statutory co-payments must be paid by the patient.
Private Patients and Self-Paying Clients
Private patients and self-paying clients will receive an invoice based on the current price list.
Coverage of costs by private health insurance companies must be clarified by the patient.
The invoice amount is due within 14 days of the invoice date.
§5 Voucher Policy
Vouchers may be purchased and redeemed for services offered by the practice.
Cash payment of vouchers is not possible.
Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
§6 Patient’s Duty to Cooperate
The patient is obliged to provide all relevant health information completely and truthfully.
Any changes in health condition must be communicated to the practice.
§7 Liability
Treatment is provided in accordance with current medical and physiotherapeutic standards.
No liability is assumed for treatment outcomes.
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.
§8 Data Protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

§9 Appointment Booking via Website, WhatsApp, or Contact Form
By using online appointment forms, WhatsApp, or contact forms, the patient agrees to the processing of their data for appointment management purposes.
§10 Final Provisions
If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
German law shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the practice, insofar as legally permissible.
Dispute Resolution Procedure
Physiotherapie Sans is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
