Physiotherapy
Active movement therapy to improve strength and mobility.
SANS Physiotherapy offers professional physiotherapy for treating and rehabilitating movement limitations and pain. Through targeted exercises and mobilization techniques, we help improve your mobility and relieve pain.
Manual Therapy
Targeted manual techniques for joint and muscle complaints.
Manual therapy is a specialized form of physiotherapy where movement and functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system are treated through specific manual techniques.
Lymph Drainage
Gentle massage for decongestion and promoting lymph flow.
We offer specialized lymphatic drainage therapy, a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates lymph flow and helps with decongestion.
KG-ZNS (PNF)
Neurophysiological therapy for neurological conditions.
KG-ZNS based on the PNF concept is a neurophysiological treatment method for diseases and injuries of the central nervous system.
PNF-Therapy
PNF therapy is a specialized physiotherapy and occupational therapy treatment method. In this approach, the patient’s restricted movement patterns are analyzed and compared with physiological, healthy movements in order to set goals for improving movement behavior.
The goal of PNF is to restore pathologically altered movement patterns back to healthy movement patterns. It utilizes the fact that physiological movement patterns of body segments and overall movement patterns are stored in the central nervous system.
There, an individual movement pattern is recognized as part of an overall movement pattern, after which the CNS sends the corresponding commands for muscular activity to all other body segments involved in the overall movement pattern.
Bobath Therapy
The core of the Bobath concept as a treatment method for adults focuses on the connection between perception and movement. Bobath aims to normalize the body’s tone relationships (tension or excitation state of tissue, muscles, the vascular system, and the autonomic nervous system), understood as a holistic system, so that the patient can move more efficiently again.
Treatment methods include, among others: inhibition of pathological postural and movement patterns and activation of normal postural and movement responses.

Vojta Therapy
Vojta therapy is used for people with diseases and injuries of the central nervous system. It can help enable fundamental movement patterns even when the CNS is damaged.
Vojta therapy can serve as a foundational therapy in physiotherapy for practically any movement disorder and numerous medical conditions.
Pelvic Floor Training
Special training to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles.
Pelvic floor exercises are a targeted therapy for treating and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, helping with incontinence and post-pregnancy recovery.
Classic Massage Therapy
Relaxing and therapeutic massage for muscle relaxation.
Classic massage therapy is a proven method for treating muscle tension, pain, and promoting circulation through various manual techniques.
Natural Fango
Heat therapy with natural healing mud for muscles and joints.
Natural fango is a traditional heat treatment with natural healing mud that penetrates deep tissue and releases tension.
Electrotherapy
Electrical stimulation for pain relief and rehabilitation.
Electrotherapy uses electrical currents of various frequencies for pain relief, muscle stimulation, and wound healing.
Hot Air Therapy
Heat therapy for loosening tension and promoting circulation.
Pain-reducing heat application using hot air devices to promote circulation, particularly suitable for pre- and post-treatment of physiotherapy.
Hot Roll
Moist heat treatment for deep relaxation.
The hot roll is a moist heat treatment using a rolled-up towel soaked in hot water for deep and lasting muscle relaxation.
Suspension Table
Relief therapy for spine and joints using suspension systems.
The suspension table allows partial relief of body weight through special suspension systems, particularly for treating spinal complaints.
Sports Physiotherapy
Specialized care for athletes – from prevention to rehabilitation.
Our sports physiotherapy is aimed at active people and competitive athletes. We treat acute sports injuries, support post-operative rehabilitation, and develop individual prevention programs.
CRPS / Sudeck’s Disease
Therapy for CRPS / Sudeck’s Disease
CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), also known as Sudeck’s Disease, can occur after injuries, surgeries, or periods of immobilization. Typical symptoms include pain, swelling, restricted movement, hypersensitivity, and changes in skin, temperature, or strength. Physiotherapy aims to gradually restore mobility, maintain or improve the function of the affected area, and rebuild movements relevant to daily life.
Treatment Goals
The treatment aims to restore limited function, reduce pain and hypersensitivity, improve strength, and support the patient in performing everyday movements safely and efficiently.
Cupping
Traditional stimulation therapy as a complementary measure in physiotherapeutic treatment.
Cupping is a traditional method in which special cups create a vacuum on the skin. It can be used as a complementary measure to influence tissue tension and support the treatment of muscular complaints. Depending on the individual assessment, cupping is applied locally and integrated into physiotherapy.
In practice, cupping is mainly used for muscular tension, myofascial complaints, and certain functional disorders. It is not intended as a standalone therapy, but as a supportive measure within a coordinated treatment plan.
Treatment Goals
Cupping can help to specifically include tense areas in the therapy. It is often used preparatively or alongside physiotherapy for muscular tension and related discomfort.
